CANAMET Inc. and DRDC have signed a Sole Licence Agreement

CANAMET Inc. and the Business Development Office of Defence R &D Canada (DRDC)
have concluded successfully negotiations for a Sole Licence Agreement that
allows CANAMET Inc. to commercialize DRDC’s patents and Intellectual property
rights in the field of Non-Invasive Medical Diagnostic Imaging and Monitoring
Vital Signs Technologies. The Sole License Agreement was signed and is in
effect since the 18th of June, 2003. CANAMET ’s Legal Counsel in finalizing the
License Agreement with DRDC was Minden Gross Grafstein & Greenstein LLP.
